About the work:
Vasarely’s pursuit of perfection imposed an absolute standard of quality that only at that time could be satisfied by the prowess of Basel printing presses. Thus, between 1971 and 1978, Editions du Griffon, Neuchâtel in Switzerland, were entrusted by Victor Vasarely with the realization, distribution, and diffusion of 19 albums and 12 screen prints, bringing together the highlights of his works.
This unique print stemming from a special edition titled "Ondulatoires" which was conceived and supervised by Victor Vasarely himself, and with the same commitment to quality, Editions du Griffon gave these 1970s albums an exceptional finish, identifiable by the copyright on the back of the prints.
