E. Mohn (XIX-XX) - The Jester

The engraving is based on an original painting by the renowned artist A. LAMBRON (pinx.) from 1805, as indicated in the lower left corner of the print. The engraving was expertly executed by E. MOHN (sculpt.), whose name appears in the lower right corner. The collaboration between a well-known painter and a skilled engraver guarantees the high quality of the image. The work dates from the late 19th century. The inscription "FROM THE PICTURE IN THE POSSESSION OF THE PUBLISHERS" (Dal quadro in possesso degli editori) attests to the authenticity and the direct connection with the original work of the period.
