Uecker is one of Germany’s most important post-war artists and a key figure of the ZERO movement.
Best known for his iconic use of nails, Uecker transformed an everyday industrial object into a powerful artistic language, exploring light, shadow, rhythm, movement and perception.
His works combine minimalist structure with a strong physical and tactile presence, reflecting his enduring interest in the relationship between material, space and the viewer.
