Original lithograph on vellum paper of a size 56 x 70 cm (without margin, large format!)
EA (artist's proof) justified and signed in pencil by the Artist.
Work in good condition, never framed. Light corner mark (lower left).

Biography: Claude Gaveau is a French painter known for his nude figures and still lifes. Born in 1940 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, he produced his first oils in adolescence in 1953. Artistic anecdote, his grandfather created the orchards of the Jardin des Plantes in Paris.
Two years later he joined the École des Arts Appliqués de Paris, where he studied for five years. In the prestigious school, he studied many artistic disciplines such as oil painting, fresco, mural art, and stained glass.
