An extensive collection of no fewer than 40 original graphic prints by the world-renowned op-art artist Victor Vasarely (1906-1997).
It concerns the iconic, scarce editions from 1973, published by the renowned Swiss publisher Éditions du Griffon (Neuchâtel).
Contents of this lot:
* Number of prints: 40 loose plates with diverse iconic geometric and optical black-and-white designs.
* Publisher: Éditions du Griffon, Neuchâtel
* Printing technique: High-quality heliogravure / offset lithography on sturdy premium cardboard.
* Size per print: Approximately 36x 29 cm per piece.
Condition:
The prints are in a beautiful, fresh vintage condition. No heavy damage, tears or severe discoloration. The edges and corners are slightly discolored in some cases. See the extensive photo series for an accurate personal impression of all 40 individual designs.
