Description from the seller

Giovanni Iudice was born in Gela in 1970. He currently lives and works in his hometown as a self-taught painter and draftsman. From his earliest works, Iudice has been noted for his technical skill, which allows him to observe objects, people, situations, and natural phenomena with precision and almost scientific clarity. At the center of his artistic path has always been the representation of the human being in his everyday dimension, through pencil drawings and oil paintings, pursuing an expressive vocation aimed at exploring the multiple facets of reality.

The graphics presented here are part of the sea series; the painter experiments with the technique called "digital calcographic" in which, first, an impression is printed digitally, then several more are made digitally, and afterward one impression is produced with a calcographic press, adding new marks and shapes, thereby characterizing the artist's value. See the colophon attached to the photos.
