The promotional card promotes the official Udo Lindenberg musical "Hinterm Horizont." The piece is based on a partly autobiographical, Deutsch-German love story between the West German rock musician Udo Lindenberg and the East Berlin girl Jessy during the time of the Berlin Wall.
