ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity
In a world where art has too often become a mass-market product, where name replaces talent and where industrial production replaces the artist’s hand, ARTIS Art Gallery commits to selling only works that meet absolute standards of excellence.
Our mission is simple but radical: to restore nobility to the act of authentic creation.
Our commitment: true art, with brave and, above all, hardworking artists.
We travel across Asia in search of real talent, artists whose work is not reduced to a commercial strategy. To us, a work of art is not standardized merchandise. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets criteria of rigor:
100% Handmade: Each work is the result of meticulous artisanal craftsmanship, where the artist’s hand is the sole engine of creation.
Guaranteed uniqueness: We reject industrial reproduction, subcontracting, and factory-style production systems. What you acquire is a unique work, designed and made by the artist themselves.
The signature as commitment: each work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not just a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and proof that the artist fully owns the work, from the initial sketch to the finish. We refuse signatures on the plate (printed signature); only hand-signed by the artist are accepted, otherwise we refuse the works.
Against "Art Marketing"
We firmly oppose the current trend of selling a "name" rather than a work. Buying a decorative piece produced in series, without real intervention by the artist, is like buying a fashion accessory: its value fades as soon as the marketing fades.
We prefer to rely on the intrinsic quality of the craft. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and pours their soul into their work, is the one who will leave a lasting imprint. While we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that these authentic works are the only investments that, over time, grow in depth, emotion, and value, whereas purely promotional products fade away.
Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery?
By choosing a work with us, you do not merely acquire a piece of Art. You support:
1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to earn a living from their art without compromising their integrity.
2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created. A true guarantee of acquiring a work made by the artist themselves, not a vulgar subcontracting, just because the artist is already known in the art world.
3. Perennial investment: You invest in an artistic reality rather than a marketing illusion.
4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created. A true guarantee of acquiring a work made by the artist themselves, not a vulgar subcontracting, is the shared bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent.

Biography of painter Nguyen Robert, born 1958.
Born in 1958 in Ben Tre, an authentic village nestled in the heart of the Mekong Delta, Nguyen Robert is a Franco-Vietnamese artist whose work is distinguished by a singular fusion of Asian traditions and Western artistic influences. From a young age, he has been fascinated by the rural architecture of his surroundings, the lines of traditional houses, the dimensions of floating markets, the shadows cast by water palms—all elements that would form the basis of his visual language.
He has always lived in his native region, and over the decades Nguyen Robert has developed a deeply contemporary, modern, and decidedly architectural style. His paintings explore structures, lines, urban rhythms, and geometric abstraction, while preserving a poetic sensibility inherent to Vietnamese culture.
His dual Franco-Vietnamese heritage enriches his approach: he borrows from the West the rigor of modern compositions and the boldness of contrasts, while his Vietnamese soul injects softness, spirituality, and fluidity into his works. The result is a pictorial universe where modernity meets the timeless, where geometry dialogues with light, creating paintings of great visual power.
Renowned for his ability to transform everyday life into abstract landscapes, Nguyen Robert is today recognized as one of the singular voices in the delta of the Mekong’s contemporary painting. He continues his work in his studio in Ben Tre, surrounded by the landscapes that shaped his identity, and he continues to exhibit in several galleries in Asia and Europe, captivating collectors and art lovers in search of works that are deeply modern, structured, and vibrant.
