About the work:
Victor Vasarely’s perfectionism imposes a standard of absolute quality that only at that time the prowess of Basel printing presses could meet.
Thus, between 1971 and 1978, Editions du Griffon, in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, were entrusted by Victor Vasarely with the realization, distribution, and diffusion of 19 albums and 12 screen prints grouping the best of his works.
This unique print from a portfolio was conceived and supervised by Victor Vasarely himself, and with the same care for quality Editions du Griffon gave exceptional attention to these series of albums printed in the 70s, identifiable by the copyright on the back of the prints.
