Handmade entirely by hand in Murano, this pendant brings to life in glass one of the most beloved good luck symbols: the ladybug.
The ladybug is lamp-worked with great attention to detail. The body, in deep red glass, is divided in the center by a fine line that shapes the wings, dotted with black spots fused into the glass. Along the sides emerge the raised legs, modeled one by one, while the black head carries two small eyes with a lively gaze. Every detail is applied hot, for a cheerful, three-dimensional effect full of character.
The pendant is mounted on a pin finished with a golden cup and slides along a slender chain of oval link thanks to a golden bail with a textured surface. The spring-ring clasp, with a extension chain, allows the length to be adjusted.
