This watch features a Landeron 48 movement, made in Switzerland in the '40s.
It has been polished, the crown and the crystal have been replaced, and it is now being offered in very good aesthetic condition, with just the dial showing some signs of age.
The watch works, but it needs to be serviced; in fact, the stopwatch doesn't always start, the chronometer gears just need to be to be reset. 
The gold-plated casing measures 36 mm in diameter and the new leather strap is 21 cm long, with 18 mm lug width.
