  You are bidding for original Men’s Rolex Explorer, Stainless Steel ref. 5500, made in 1970's. The watch is in a fully working order and is in good vintage condition throughout, with surface scratches that are to be expected on any watch of this age. 
     The very first Rolex Explorers were created for the first successful ascent of Everest in 1953. Since then, Explorer watches have proved their rugged durability and reliability on expeditions to every corner of the world
     At the heart of this watch is a legendary high grade automatic cal. 1520 with 26 jewels, which is runs great and all functions work as expected. 
    This watch features a beautiful dial, some of marks was restored.
      The 34mm stainless steel case  with the crown and 40 mm from lug to lug is in very good condition throughout. The winding crown is completely original and correctly signed with the famous “Rolex” logo.
      The watch is presented on original stainless steel bracelet around 19cm with watch case, signed "Rolex", with the “Rolex” logo.
