Beautiful HEAVY MARANTZ cd player IN NEW CONDITION.
The CD 6000 OSE sets an even broader picture in which separate instruments are easier to distinguish from each other.
More air and space around the instruments, better placement of the instruments.
The sound is also looser from the speakers, this especially surprised me because I was already very content with the CD 5000 in this regard.

Control and stability.
The sound image of the CD 6000 OSE has more rest.
The loudest notes from Sopranos stay clean, without an edge, whilst retaining the character and emotion.
Sylvia McNair’s solo "Et incarnatus est" from Mozart’s Miss in C minor is played without distortion in the loudest notes.

The CD 6000 OSE can also be plaid louder.
The image is larger and more stable, in contrast to the CD 5000 that has a very delicate sound image on high volumes which easily distorts with some thin recordings, noticeable in a forced playback of treble and a hardening of the bass.

Plasticity.
Instruments reproduced by the CD 6000 OSE have more 'body'.
The soft piano opening of the largo of Beethoven's 3rd piano concerto is audible in every detail with the CD 5000, but not tangible, the reproduced sounds stay, in comparison with the CD 6000 KI, occasionally somewhat glassy.
The CD 6000 OSE lets them resonate and glow more, the sound is also a bit softer and rounder - rounder is perhaps not the correct word, because it is not at the expense of detail and timbre.
