For sale this beautiful vintage Marin racing bike (made in the USA), size 54 cm. Built with Shimano 105.
Marin is famous for its MTBs. This racing bike was released in the same colour scheme as the MTB’s from back in the day: a beautiful grey with silver-coloured decals and contrasting parts. In this case with bright purple: steering post, bottle cage, saddle post rails and even the spoke nipples are purple.
It has been in storage in a farmer’s shed for at least 20 years. The decals are therefore somewhat affected and also the upper tube. Nothing serious. The right shifter didn’t work after all those years, it was replaced by a Shimano RSX shifter. The bike was hardly used and works well.
