Very nice heavy classic stereo Hi-Fi amplifier with VU meters from Akai, made in Japan.
This was the second largest model.
Tested on a record player Luxman PD 272 (phono) and CD player from Marantz.
Beautiful, deep sound, great from the low to the high tones, sometimes a light creak when adjusting the volume.
Two phono inputs! 
Ideal for the vinyl enthusiast.
The left button for the speaker selector rotates a bit heavily.
The front panel is free of scratches, which is rare.
The wooden cabinet and brushed steel front panel with many switches give this amplifier a luxurious and functional look.
The amplifier does still have the original, not grounded plug.
