Xavi, (Xavier Vives Mateu) is a Spanish Disney artist who has been working for more than 25 years in the Disney Magazines of the EGMONT publishing house in Denmark and in the SANOMA publishing house in the Netherlands.

The Spanish artist Xavi has worked during all these years, illustrating the stories of Disney characters such as Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, The Beagle Boys, Mickey Mystery, Basil, Big Bad Wolf, Totally Minnie, Little Mermaid and some of the other characters from Disney. He has also made the official Disney albums of the first films in long footage, Oliver and Co., Little Mermaid and Aladdin.
