This ring was made in the goldsmith workshops of Torre del Greco (Naples, Italy) in the 1960s.
It is an oval garnet of about 2 ct in weight surrounded by 10 other round garnets of about 0.15 ct each.
Between the central stone and the border, a kind of gallery has been created to space the stones out and make the ring more airy.
All stones are held by prongs. 
Ring size: 22 (62 EU), weight over 6 grams.
