Marantz PM 6A The integrated Marantz PM 6A is a high end amplifier from the top of the line ESOTEC range featuring the Quarter A system which permits the amplifier to operated in pure class A at low power (30W) and switches to AB class automatically over that. Lots of inputs specially for phono lovers, with MC and several MM impedance values. Tone bypass, independent treble and bass controls for each channel, dual dubbing direction for tape decks, two step loudness make this amplifier a very versatile center of a high end audiophile chain. Condition of this amplifier (see pics) is excellent with some very small signs of use to the frontplate. All the rest of the cabinet is near mint. Tested and working with great sound All controls respond well and there are no crakling noises. However due to the age of electronics a revision is advised as sometimes at high volume levels the protection system actuates which is a common problem of these amplifiers and easy to solve. Due to the high weight of this beast (16kg) the costs of shipping will be higher to ensure it reaches the buyer in a perfect condition.
