Beautiful and solid record player from the Japanese brand CEC - Chuo Denki. 

CEC was for years the OEM manufacturer of iconic turntables for well-known brands such as Marantz, Sony, Teac, Kenwood and others, which then put their own brand on them. They also marketed some players under their own name, including this BA-300.

This turntable is certainly not inferior to the players of the "well-known" brands. 

Equipped with Jelco S-arm. 

The player has been checked & tested, equipped with new string and new Audio-Technica AT3600L element on the original CEC head-shell. Plays perfectly! The original CEC MC-20 element is also included, but it needs a new needle. 

Generally looking neat, plinth has minor damage at the bottom left, dust cover has some superficial scratches as usual. See photos.
