In 1903 informed of the project Edmond Jaeger to manufacture ultra-thin watches, Jacques-David LeCoultre decided to take the challenge. From collaboration to friendship between the two men, they have made numerous exceptional designs just like the Jaeger-LeCoultre brand.
Being a client of Edmond Jaeger for several years, Cartier signed an exclusive contract in 1907 with the Parisian watchmaker. With the help of Jaeger, LeCoultre & Cie would be the craftsmen of the designs of the famous jeweller.
Very rare and old Jaeger men's watch from the 1950s/60s, gold plated case with hallmark at 12 o'clock, in good condition with very slight marks of wear on a lug, due to its more than 60 years of age, diameter of 35 mm without crown, flawless dial, baguette index in gold, central second hand and date display at 3 o'clock, automatic movement signed Jaeger, completely revised for sale and perfectly working, steel b background. The leather strap is new, it is engraved anti-allergic, extremely flexible, it measures 19 cm without the barb.
