A marine Hermès scarf ""Le Geographe" by Sandra Laroche in blue and white colour gamme. 

Year 1995 .

This square takes its name from the corvete commanded by Nicolas Baudin and sent by Bonaparte, in recognition of the Australian continent of Captain Cook. At the four corners of the square are represented Charles Alexandre Lesueur, painter of the expedition; Matthew Flinders, English captain of the mission; François Péron zoologist, and Nicolas Baudin himself, who died in 1803 during the return.

100% silk.
Size 90 x 90 cm.
Hand rolled hem.
Woven label present.
