Beautiful Hazet Assistent 166 tool trolley from the late 60s, as those present in Volkswagen and Porsche official repair shops in the period. 
It has signs of wear and tear and some flaws, but it’s in good cosmetic and working condition. In addition to that, it’s complete, with the top blocking nuts and the closing bar. 
A must to decorate your man cave or use in your classic workshop!
