Philips CD371 vintage CD player with TDA 1541 DAC

Made in Belgium

The first CD player from Philips, the CD100 was introduced in 1982. This CD371 comes from 1987, an example of simplicity and elegance in design.

The sound quality is nothing short of fantastic, and leaves many other CD players from that period far behind.
This is thanks to the widely appreciated TDA1541 DAC and the stable Philips CDM drive with swingarm.

The player is technically and optically in very good condition, with only small signs of wear.

The beautiful green LCD display is also in good condition, nice and bright and without failing digits.
