Set of six martini glasses in thin crystal, carved stem and with base carved in star shape, cut, translucent and mouth-blown, crafted by master glassworkers. Glasses with a unique elegance.  In good condition with age-related signs of wear.  Crystal clear transparent glass of very good quality and immaculate condition. They are elegant in a very French style on a white tablecloth with any porcelain tableware. Quality, beauty and functionality. They are not are signed. 
Brief history of the Waterford crystal manufacturing: it all started in 1783, when George and William Penrose started their business selling crystal in the nearby port of Waterford. The turning point was when they decided to produce 'highly distinguished crystal, engraved with decorative shapes', moving to the beating heart of the town. Seventy of the best craftsman in the field were brought in from Stourbridge in England. And that's how the factory came about.
