Gérard Anaclet Vincent Encausse (July 13, 1865 - October 25, 1916), whose esoteric pseudonym was Papus, is rightly considered one of the greatest modern masters of occult science.
Here, for sale, his famous elementary treatise on practical magic in editio princeps (Chamuel, 1893).
In fair to fine state.
The book has quite a few underlines and additions to the text with the colored or simple pencil. It is also noticeable that some pages were torn on the edges and then repaired.
