About the Jeroom NFT Auction
Catawiki’s Jeroom NFT (non-fungible token) auction features 40 digital artworks by Jeroom. All winning bids will receive a signed and numbered print of the artwork, plus a unique corresponding NFT. Each artwork is unique, acquired directly from Jeroom. A unique investment opportunity!

This specific lot contains:
1- the NFT corresponding to the artwork 
2- a unique digital print of the depicted artwork by Jeroom (an exact physical copy of the NFT) with these characteristics:

* the print on plate (German Etching Hahnemuehle art paper on 3mm aluminium plate)
* signed by Jeroom and numbered “1/1” 
* the size is 100 x 41 cm

The winners of the 5 best sold lots will be invited to attend a meet and greet with Jeroom in Leuven (BE) and receive the artwork from the hands of the artist in person! Date and time of the meet and greet will be communicated after the auction’s ending.
Otherwise, this lot will be sent to you with UPS.

About NFTs
NFTs (non-fungible tokens) are digital tokens that provide original proof of ownership and authenticity to which a digital artwork can be attached. Every NFT is unique. They are securely recorded and authenticated on a blockchain and therefore non-fungible, meaning they cannot be copied or substituted. Only the owner has the right to sell or trade an NFT, with all transactions logged via the blockchain.
This pioneering technology is revolutionizing digital ownership and the digital art industry. NFT owners can securely trade authentic, unique digital pieces of art on the blockchain and avoid counterfeiting.

How do I access my NFT?
After 15 days (right of withdrawal period), you will be able to redeem your NFT. Details and assistance of how to do so will be supplied by email by Catawiki and Venly, our blockchain technology partner.
To store your NFT safely, a Venly wallet will be created. A link to access your wallet, containing the NFT, will be sent to you, using your Catawiki account email address. 
Should you wish to transfer your NFT to another crypto wallet you already have and use (supporting Polygon NFTs), this can be easily done via the Venly wallet. 

There will be no gas fees charged for minting and delivering your NFT as these will be included in the final bid price. 

Will I be able to sell my NFT once I am its owner?
The Venly Market will be the NFT marketplace of choice for all secondary sales of this collection. If they want, Jeroom NFT owners can easily put up their NFT for sale afterwards in the Jeroom verified collection that will be set up on Venly Market. This way, Catawiki and Venly are able to offer a safe environment even for future re-sales of Jeroom NFT's.

Please note: we cannot accept retraction and/or refunds. You cannot redeem your NFT during the right of withdrawal period (15 days after actual receipt). Buyers can pay via traditional methods just like other Catawiki sales, rather than having to use cryptocurrency. Customer support is also on-hand to assist all buyers post-purchase.
