Lubitel 166 Universal, Produced from 1983 to 1993, about 400,000 pieces. This camera ends the chapter of the Lubitel production of 
LOMO. It is identical to the 166b and ultimately a copy of the Voigtländer camera of the same design.
This one is technically and visually top, plus with a tripod "Monaco" mod. 700 Made in Germany.
A great collector's item and an eye-catcher at home or in the office.
