Lot consisting of a small 1-L oak barrel, a 1-L bottle of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, and a blown glass pipette, produced by CASA DEL BALSAMICO MODENESE, EMILIA ROMAGNA - ITALY.

The proposed lot involves the use of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP by pouring it inside the oak barrel in order to continue the aging process, thus improving its characteristics in terms of flavour and scent.
The small oak barrel, equipped with the support that holds it, has been acetified by the manufacturer and is therefore ready to receive the balsamic vinegar contained in the bottle, thus allowing those who will win the lot to have in their own home, or their own place, the same aging condition of a vinegar cellar in Modena.
The balsamic vinegar is drawn through an elegant blown glass pipette to respect the same sampling and tasting actions that take place in the old vinegar cellars where the precious Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced.
The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena contained in the 1-L bottle is five years old, and is suitable to accompany both savoury and sweet dishes.
