EXCEPTIONAL RARITY !!!!!
Decree with AUTOGRAPH signatures of Mussolini and of King Vittorio Emanuele III FRONTAL (which makes it rarer than the many with signatures on the back), concerning the Lieutenant Colonel of the General Staff Corps (Cavalry weapon) Kellner Arturo Ongaro with whom, from January 1936, he was appointed Royal Military and Air Force Attaché in Belgrade!
On Wikipedia you can read the great career of this highly decorated soldier (he will come to be promoted to General), you can also find this same appointment mentioned, certainly NOT common and of great value, so this document is the only testimony !!!
