L'altro diploma è stato concesso alla madre del soldato caduto per onorare il sacrificio del figlio e per onorare la stessa madre a causa della perdita del figlio eroe. Questo diploma è provvisto della sua medaglia per le Madri dei Soldati Caduti in Guerra.
