Magnifico esemplare di antico cavalletto in legno intagliato a mano.
finemente realizzato circa 1900, da qualche artigiano di corte per le ricche sale di un importante abitazione francese.
il cavalletto è in stile luigi XVI coevo col genere che andava di gran voga nella nobiltà, e nei più prestigiosi salotti europei del tempo.
realizzato in legno e intagliato a mano con delle decorazioni finemente scolpite da artigiano e dorato con foglia d'oro zecchino 24k, bellissimi i rosoni decorativi del legno intagliati a mano.
si può facilmente osservare il pregio e la bravura del artigiano che l'ha realizzato.
presenta ancora una magnifica patina del suo tempo e la doratura originale.
si presenta in maniera molto solida e forte pur mostrando piccoli segni di restauro e segni del passare del tempo (sicuramente ristrutturato molti anni fa ).
protetto da uno strato di vernice conservativa apposita,  gli appoggi per il quadro non sono originali ma realizzati in seguito e adattati alla struttura.
un ottimo pezzo per arredare un ricco salone o una galleria d'arte di lusso.
prestare massima attenzione al maneggio e alla pulizia è molto delicato !!!
