De body verkeert optisch in een fraaie staat.
De lens is zonder enkel probleem getest op mijn Pentax MX camera.  Focus loopt fijn soepel. Diafragma klikt mooi in. Geen fungus aanwezig, maar wel enkele onvermijdelijke minuscule stofdeeltjes in het interne.
Let op! Bovenop de lens, aan de rand,  is ter hoogte van "OPT.CO" een heel dun krasje aanwezig; zie detailfoto. Op de hoofdfoto is het krasje ook wel te zien tegen de donkere achtergrond van het interne.  Het krasje heeft een lengte van ongeveer 6mm en ongeveer de dikte van een haar. Het is mij niet bekend wat de invloed van dit krasje heeft op een genomen foto met de lens. 
Inclusief een Pentax back cap en een Pentax metalen frontcap; de front cap vertoont lichte gebruikssporen.
