Atributos personales de Infantería del Ejército Español. Contiene: dos pares de espuelas, cordón de la Victoria, banda de la Victoria, cinturón con insignia, correajes, trabilla, bordón dorado y una insignia de hombro. Todo en su caja de dotación azul. 

La banda militar de la victoria era usada hasta el grado de Capitán General. Se usaba con uniforme de gala por el personal militar. De seda, color carmesí, de 8 cm. de ancho, rematada con dos borlas y un pasador con la leyenda "1936-1939" (años de la Guerra Civil Española). 
La banda y el cordón se colocarán del hombro derecho al costado izquierdo, por debajo de la hombrera correspondiente y de la faja o cinturón del correaje y por debajo de las bandas de las grandes cruces. 
Fue creada por Decreto de 18 de Julio de 1940 para conmemorar la victoria de Franco en la Guerra Civil Española. Uso obligado durante la dictadura del general Franco
