BEAUTIFUL ITALIAN CHESS SET of the 18th century Rare Italian wooden chess set. Attractive, early and hitherto unknown chess style, probably from Northern Italy. This one, I believe in boxwood, is complete and in fair condition considering its age: there are traces of use and small repairs; some pawn have evidently been replaced.
