Polaroid model 95, first model of this milestone in photo history. This is the model from 1948 and is the first commercially successful instant camera. Designers had been looking for an instant method since the 1850s, without real practical success. The story goes that the Polaroid eyewear manufacturer Dr. Land heard his daughter say that it took a very long time for the photos from the store to come back and that he was looking for a method for an instant camera. Shutter and diaphragm work, camera in excellent condition. This camera weighs 2 Kg. so higher shipping costs.
