Gispen Ray Hanging Lamp (2015)

Made by the famous Dutch Gispen company, the Ray is a sunny pendant lamp made from thinly cut steel. The laser cut Shadow lines are curved downwards and therefore give a special light effect.

This yellow Ray lamp is made of high-gloss painted steel and is a wonderful accessory for a great atmposhere. It creates a striking light effect.

The power cord is in the same colour as the lampshade. A semi-transparent cover for the ceiling is included.

This Gispen Ray lamp is designed by Claesson Koivitsu Rune, a Swedish architectural partnership, founded in 1995 by Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune. It started as an architectural firm, but has since become a multi-disciplinary office with an equal emphasis on both architecture and design. As designers they have been awarded an array of international awards and recognitions.
