Door zijn tweede gisting in elke fles wordt het bier op natuurlijke wijze gerijpt tot een frisen levendig bier met een kruidig boeket,een zachte smaak van mout en een gehopte afdronk. Mooi helder blond met een fijne witte schuimkraag een donker roodbruin dubbel bier van hoge gisting met 6.5% alcohol. Levendig parelend bier met rijkelijk schuim.Lichte toetsen van koffie en chocolade

Magnum  Blanche de Namur 4.5% alcohol. Bier van gemoute gerst,hop,tarwe,koriander en sinaasappelschil,glad en delicaat perfect. Witbier van zeer hoge kwaliteit. Komt zeer goed tot ziin recht in de Aziatische keuken;pastagerechten,gevogelte en zeker aan te raden bij gesauste visbereidigen
