The Ferguson System - Enamel Advertising Sign

The ‘Ferguson System’ – elements of which were patented throughout the 1920s – was in the end a triangular set of three attachment points by which the trailed implement would lock fully into the back of the tractor; and in such a way that concentrated pressure, and thus tractive power, low down and towards the front of the ensemble. This transformed safety and maneuverability. 

A very striking single-sided enamel advertising sign for advertising The Ferguson System. 

Offered in good condition, with some enamel loss around the edges and rusting to the screw holes. 

This a very unique collectible for all Tractor and Agriculture enthusiasts.
