Biljet met daarop het gespiegelde portret van Volckert Jansz, één van de zitters in het groepsportret van Rembrandt van de Amsterdamse Staalmeesters uit 1662.

Het watermerk bevat een vliegende meeuw in horizontaal golvenmotief.

Op de keerzijde twee halve cirkels in Guilloche.De hoofdkleur van dit biljet is blauw. Het biljet is ontworpen door W. de Jonge (1897-1953).

De eerste lichting dateert van 22 juni 1943, de laatste lichting van 2 mei 1945.
