Absolutely gorgeous little fan, dating from around 1910.
The finely and skillfully carved bone monture in Neo Rococo style. The deep carvings gilded, making it a mesmerising object.
The printed depiction on the silk leaf is a weddingscene, with lots of things going on. 
Considering it is a weddingscene, this fan was probably a gift for an engagement or a wedding. (Not a weddingfan!)
It is a single leaf mounted on bone spines, visible on the verso.
A beautiful brass rivet.
Both monture and leaf in excellent state, probably never or hardly ever used.
An absolute bonus is the silk covered fitted case, which shows its age.
