Lot consisting of six 250-ml bottles of ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA IGP, 3 year old, produced by ‘Casa del Balsamico’ - Acetaia CATTANI, EMILIA ROMAGNA - ITALY.

Acetaia Cattani is located in Modena in a historical building, along Emilia Est Street in the heart of the ancient D’Este domains. This area is recognized by historians as the best for the production of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena for geological, climatic and cultural conditions.

These six 250-ml bottles of Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, aged for 3 years, is the result of the expertise and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the ancient family and the passage of time. In a harmonious interweaving of delicate flavours, the typical aromas and scents are offered to the palate, revealing the sophistication of a slow maturation in fine wood barrels.
It is a product with 6% acidity whose raw material of first derivation is the Trebbiano grapes of Spain, very suitable for the high index between sweetness and acidity. 

This wonderful vinegar thus becomes the ideal companion in the kitchen, a good Balsamic for daily use, versatile and incredibly suitable to season all your dishes, from salads to cooked vegetables.
