A scaled toy model of the Russian Lunokhod robotic moon rover. "Lunajod 200" was manufactured by reputable spanish toy producer Congost  in 70s. 

The purpose of the toy is to imitate the lunar landings of the rover and collect samples. 

Lunokhod vehicle has a spring-loaded articulated arm with a magnet at the end. It is placed on board the moon landing craft and attached with the ramps. To succeed in the mission, the ship must land just above the central red mound and in the direction of the sample as indicated by the arrows. If it is correct and the moon landing is correct, the collection vehicle is activated, which is thrown towards the sample, hitting the red edge and activating the articulated arm - performing 5 automatic operations - just like in the graphics from the box. In this case, goal achieved. First sample collected. 

The toy is also extremely interesting because it was very rare outside the Soviet Union to produce toys depicting Lunokhod. The way it was planned and the fact that it was made in Spain definitely adds to its flavor. 

An interesting and rare piece for space toy collectors and space race enthusiasts.

Toy is complete, in mint condition. Original box without damages.
