Collectors item. 

De JVC GR-C1 was beroemd als Doc Browns videocamera (bediend door Marty McFly) in de film Back to the Future.

Hij was ook te zien in Stranger Things seizoen 2 (dat zich afspeelt in 1984), als de camcorder die Bob Newby aan Jonathan Byers geeft om te gebruiken wanneer hij Will en de andere kinderen meeneemt op trick-or-treat en wordt gebruikt om de Mind Flayer op te nemen.

De JVC GR-C1 was het onderwerp van een aflevering van Marques Brownlee's YouTube Originals-serie 'Retro Tech'.

De camera wordt geleverd met instructieboekje, oplader, accu, koffer met 2 sleutels, schouderband.

De accu dient te worden vervangen. De camera is getest met een andere adapter welke stroom levert via het stopcontact. 
Deze adapter wordt niet meegeleverd. 

De camera is niet volledig getest. Hiervoor is een VHS-C tape nodig welke ik niet in mijn bezit heb. 
Derhalve wordt de camera verkocht als ongetest. 
Hij gaat wel aan en “eject” is werkzaam. Zie foto’s.
