The neodymium ribbon tweeter is a single-pole tweeter that produces dynamic and sharp sound. It is often used in high-end audio systems to reproduce lifelike sound. Conventional cone and dome tweeters are based on a directional moving coil principle, while the single-pole neodymium ribbon tweeter radiates high frequencies in a full 180-degree pattern. This dramatically increases the width of the sound spectrum for the higher tones, expands the ideal listening position and delivers rich, crystal-clear and natural sound, even from compact audio systems.
