La bella macchina per scrivere Olivetti modello Lettera 35, fu uno dei prodotti Olivetti di maggior successo negli anni 1970, dal design leggero e nel contempo compatto al fine di creare l'immagine di una macchina professionale,  leggera e ben strutturata ideale per il trasporto. Progettata da Mario Bellini come il modello Dora il modello Valentine e la lettera DL, riprende meccanicamente la Lettera 32, uscita nel 1963 e progettata da Marcello Nizzoli.
Tastiera layout  tipo QZERTY a 43 tasti alfanumerici, totale 86 segni. Matricola 1026013.
Un progetto preciso per ottimizzare la struttura e la forma per ottenere un corpo più compatto e leggero possibile, peso complessivo con la custodia kg. 7,100. 
L'oggetto presentato è in buone condizioni di conservazione, presenti i normali  segni di consumo del tempo passato, presente la custodia originale.
