Big Peat on the road - equipped with backpack, binoculars and baseball cap, plus hiking boots and a glass of Big Peat in hand!

Aroma: initially a slight sweetness followed by peat - an open medicine cabinet with gauze bandages, then damp chimney soot, extinguished logs and old jute sacks
Palate: Burnt wood and gauze bandages initially, then notes of damp forest floor develop - above all damp boat lines, tar and ash
Finish: long, warming finish with a light note of peat and again the extinguished logs
