N2521 – Hi-Fi/stereo cassette deck. Exceeds DIN 45,500. Suitable for chromium dioxide, ferrochrome and low-noise cassettes with automatic or manual switching of the electronic circuits. Stereo and mono recording and playback of all compact cassettes and music cassettes, including dolby cassettes. Hi-Fi/FSX Sendust recording/playback head and Long-Life ferrite erase head with double air gap. Tacho-controlled motor speed with hysteresis friction for very smooth tape travel. Switchable DNL and Dolby-B noise reduction systems. Automatic tape stop with decoupling of the push buttons. Separate controls per channel for recording and playback via headphones. Two illuminated peak-reading meters with LED overload indication. Tape run indicator. Electronically operated touch controls for tape transport (magno-control). Post-fading option by means of slide control with lock. Switchable FM pilot tone suppression filter. Mono/stereo switch. Three-digit counter with zero setting. Head-cleaning indicator. Hydraulically damped cassette ejector. Illuminated cassette holder. Connections for two microphones and headphones on the front. Continuously adjustable output for line. Connections for radio receiver unit (tuner), amplifier, record player, additional recorder. Complete with stereo connection cable and chromium dioxide cassette C-60.
