Das Emailleschild befindet sich in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Das 1,5 mm dicke Blech verleiht ihm eine außergewöhnliche Stabilität. Es ist vollständig witterungsbeständig und somit ideal auch für den Einsatz im Freien. Dank der beidseitigen Emaillierung bleibt es nicht nur robust, sondern bietet auch eine beeindruckende Optik aus jeder Perspektive.

Die Farben verblassen niemals und behalten ihre Leuchtkraft über Jahrzehnte hinweg – ein fantastischer Blickfang für jeden Ort!

Hochwertige Handarbeit mit traditioneller Herstellung
Dieses Emailleschild wurde mit großer Sorgfalt und nach altbewährter Methode gefertigt. Jeder Arbeitsschritt erfolgt in Handarbeit: Jede einzelne Farbe wird sorgfältig aufgetragen, und das Schild wird nach jeder Schicht im 850°C heißen Ofen gebrannt.

Das traditionelle Herstellungsverfahren mit übereinanderliegenden Emailleschichten entspricht der Methode, die bereits Anfang des letzten Jahrhunderts angewandt wurde. Dieses Verfahren verleiht dem Schild seine außergewöhnliche Qualität und Authentizität.
