Dit horloge komt uit de Vigilant horlogefabriek van stichter Achille Hirsch, Chaux-de-Fonds, Zwitserland. Het horloge- en exportbedrijf van Hirsch en zijn zonen was een van de meest succesvolle in La Chaux-de-Fonds voor de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Er werden horloges onder een groot aantal namen geproduceerd, waaronder Vigilant. 
Dit horloge is gedateerd rond 1910.
Het horloge heeft een tweekleurige wijzerplaat en geblauwde, gave wijzers. De cijfers zijn in een art deco stijl gemaakt. Het uurwerk loopt goed op tijd. 
De dikte is 13.3 mm.
