Met Witte-windleiplaten, 4 ketelopbouwen, standaard cabine, kortere omloop, reflecterende glazen DB-lampen en inductieve treinzekering aan beide zijden. Bedrijfsnummer van de locomotief 50 2640. Zoals in gebruik rond 1967.
